Implementation Manager
Job Description:
The Implementation Management
Defines scope and workforce plan and manages performance to ensure 1st time
right.
Manages the financial performance for roll-out phase in accordance with budget
to support financial performance of project.
Drives Change Management versus KPI's and improvement possibilities through
continuous measurements
To ensure ethical and sustainable delivery manages adherence to processes,
regulations and tools, and takes corrective action when needed (applicable to
suppliers, customer and resources).
Drives and implements Change initiatives to secure value.
Proactively impacts on quality on own work and work of others to ensure delivery
of expected outcomes.
Sets up and manages acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to
secure timely acceptance and payment as per terms & conditions
Monitors the invoicing life cycle in implementation phase to secure financial
performance
Reports on progress and deviation as input to workforce and cost management
Communicates with Customers and Suppliers to secure information flow
Assurance of implementation work:
o secures that work executed is in accordance with customer and directives
and standards
o takes action for non-compliance to customer and directives and standards
Should be able to manage and mentor the allocated team and associated
requirements
