Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Monitoring & Operations

• Monitor telecom networks using NMS tools (alarms, KPIs, performance dashboards)
• Detect, analyze, and respond to network faults and outages in real time
• Perform first-level (L1/L2) troubleshooting for voice, data, and IP networks
• Ensure SLA and uptime targets are met

Incident & Problem Management

• Log, track, and resolve incidents following ITIL processes
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams, vendors, or field engineers
• Coordinate outage restoration and provide regular status updates
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reporting

Network Support & Maintenance

• Support core, access, and transmission networks (IP/MPLS, DWDM, SDH, LTE/5G)
• Monitor performance metrics (latency, packet loss, jitter, throughput)
• Assist with planned maintenance and network upgrades
• Verify network changes and configurations
