Outsourcing Manager

Job Function:
Output national outsourcing strategies, and ensures the implementation of outsourcing services in accordance with the strategies and plans.
Trains and certifies national subcontractor resources, and builds a national subcontractor resource library;
Organizes subcontractor performance appraisals, manages outsourcing problems, proposes improvement measures, and implements the measures;
Takes charge of the compliance of outsourcing service processes, and supervises and implements on-site management standard actions;
Daily communication with subcontractors, problem management, and relationship maintenance
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering, management, or related
fields;
2. At least 2 years of experience in project management or team leadership;
experience as a team lead is preferred;
3. Familiar with the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution,
monitoring, and closing;
4. Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage
resources and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery;
5. Good cost control awareness, capable of managing project schedule, quality, cost,
and risks effectively;
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with cross-
functional teams and external stakeholders;
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex project
scenarios;
8. Experience in coordinating with government or relevant authorities is a plus.
