Network Performance & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as accessibility, retainability, throughput, latency, and mobility performance
• Identify root causes of network performance degradation and propose corrective actions
• Optimize radio parameters (e.g., power, tilt, neighbor lists, handover thresholds)
• Perform capacity planning and traffic balancing

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze drive test data, OSS counters, and customer experience metrics
• Create performance reports and optimization recommendations
• Use tools such as TEMS, Nemo, Actix, Windcatcher, or vendor OSS platforms

Field & Office Activities

• Conduct drive tests and walk tests for coverage and quality assessment
• Support new site integration, site acceptance, and post-launch optimization
• Coordinate with field engineers, RF planning teams, and operations teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with RF Planning, Core Network, Transport, and Field Maintenance teams
• Support customer complaints analysis and resolution
• Assist in network modernization and technology rollout projects
